melbourne hockey tour was probably one of the best trips i've ever gone on
the company was perfect, the experience was awesome, and i really enjoyed the whole tour
the hockey part was really something different, the cold was not easy to overcome
it hurts to hit, simply cos the effect on your numb fingers are so damn painful
i dont dare to sweep cos the very first time i sweeped, i scraped my finger
four out of five games on sand turf, it was another whole new experience
lost two, drew two, won one
the tour wasnt really that bad
while travelling from town to town, we stopped by diff attractions and towns and it kinda made the trip slightly more exciting and interesting (:
it was really interesting to find out that in three towns, we were featured by the media because of the friendly, and yes we appeared on the papers (:
through this trip i got to know more people better, something we'll never get to do in s'pore
and i got to meet up with jake, whom i havent seen in a long long while
i loved the weather there, though not in ballarat, where eating ice cream in the cold is just perfect
well ballarat holds the most memories for me
the 1 degree night which we played hockey in, leaving us smoking the whole time on the pitch. it was the coldest night in recorded history and we were there, playing hockey. the very first homestay which had a lovely room and pretty toilet, a huge dog and two cats to play with, and very nice hosts (:

i will miss nad for being my bus partner, roommates sometimes and being younger than me (:
i will miss weizhen's loud and high pitch voice and accusing her 24/7 for bullying the juniors
i will miss farha for being so crazily stupid in melbourne and for being roommates sometimes
i will miss stef for being my homestay partner
i will miss nurul for all her stupid spastic faces
i will miss tracy for being next to me on the plane rides
i will miss mellie's crazy hair days
i will miss shanna for being so stupidly funny
i will miss gilda for her bad hair days and all the funny things she says
i will miss mavis for being there to play the same position as me sometimes and also playing with me on the same side
i will miss lynn because we cant tease her abt her mushy emails anymore
i will miss june because now i know she aint that scary
i will miss farah for bullying me all the time and her stupid faces
i will miss aleee for the meals we've had and for being u18 too :P
i will miss su and her crazy laughter all the time
i will miss zheqing because i wont get to laugh at her stone stone face and the way she talks and the way she dances

there was so much fun and good memories
homestay was exceptional fun
we went there being a little scared, wondering how's our host family like, wondering what we could talk to them abt
those were unnecessary because the short night spent was awesome, living in a cosy and nice house, playing with their pets, chatting with them
i will miss the homestays very very very much

now that i'm back, i've got one short week, well 6 days to be exact. to catch up with some people and study for mids. youhave no idea how i am so screwed for mids. mainly because i havent studied and i dont even feel like starting. all i want to do is get back to australia and have fun with the crescent hockey team
